Banana bread ( flour free) recipe
1 cup (4 oz/113 g) walnut flour
1 cup (4 oz/113 g) sunflower seed flour
¾ cup Stevia
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup (4 oz/113 g) walnuts flour
4 egg whites (5 oz/142 g)
¼ cup (2 oz/57 g) unsweetened soy milk or any other non dairy milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
2 – In a dry clean bowl, put the walnut flour, sunflower seed flour, sugar, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and cinnamon and mix them well.
3- In a clean dry bowl, whisk the egg whites, milk, and vanilla together until it is completely mixed.
4- Add the flour blend and the egg mixture together then mix them for 1 minute.
5- Add the bananas and mix for 1 to 2 minutes to make a smooth, thick mixture.
6 – pour the mixture in the baking mold .
7- put the banana bread mixture in the oven for 20 minutes to cook.
8- by using a fork check if it is complelty cooked.
9- leave it for 5 minutes to cool down before remove it from mold.
10- let it to comletely cool down before cutting.
