2 cups almond flour

4 eggs

0.75 cup non dairy milk like soy milk or almond milk

0.25 cup melted butter.

2.5 tsp vanilla

Baking steps:

1- Preheat the oven.

3- In a clean dry bowl mix the dry ingredients ( baking powder, hazelnut flour, almond flour, stevia, salt, and cinnamon powder). then add dry fruit and mix well.

5- Add the four mixture to egg mixture and mix well.

6- Pour the cake mixture in to the baking mold.

7- Put the cake in the oven and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes then taste it with a fork to be sure the cake is completely baked.

8- Let it cool then unmold it then let it cool completely before cutting and serving.
