1- Chocolate chips cookies:

1 cup almond flour.

Pinch of salt.

2 Tablespoons of Erythritol or stevia.

Sugar-free chocolate chips.

1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.

0.25 teaspoon of baking soda.


1- Mix all dry ingredients well.

2- Add coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry mixture then mix.

3- Add sugar-free chocolate chips to the mixture and mix well.

4- Shape the dough and then cook them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

5- leave it until completely cool before handling, you can now enjoy your dessert.

2- Easy oatmeal cookies:

0.5 cup oatmeal.

0.5 cup melted butter.

Pinch of salt.

0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

2 tablespoon of Sugar-free chocolate chips.

2 tablespoon of Dried fruits ( blueberry, raspberry), you can use any fruit you prefer.

2 teaspoon of stevia.

Optional ingredients: 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.


1- Mash banana.

2- Mix all ingredients together.

3- shape cookies.

4- bake your cookies in a preheated oven.

6- leave it till it cools completely and enjoys your healthy cookies with a cup of tea or cold milk.

3- Sugar icing cookies:

0.5 cup of sugar.

pinch of salt.

1 teaspoon of baking powder.

6 tablespoon butter.

1.5 tablespoon vegan milk.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.


1- Mix dry ingredients together.

2- Add butter and vanilla extract and mix well.

3- Shape your cookies and cook them in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

4- Let them cool completely then decorate them with your favorite icing, you can now enjoy your cookies with your favourite drink.
