Ginger Pecan Biscuits recipe ( Flour Free biscuits)

Ginger biscuits are a flour free biscuits, it is very healthy and easy to make you can enjoy it with your favorite drink during your day.

Ginger Pecan Biscuits recipe:


2 cups (8 oz/227 g) almond flour

1 cup (4 oz/113 g) walnut flour

½ cup Stevia

1½ teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

¼ teaspoon salt

2½ teaspoons ginger powder

1 egg (1.75 oz/50 g)

½ cup (4 oz/113 g) cooked, mashed sweet potato, at room temperature

1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup


1- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

2- Gently fog a preparing dish with splash oil or line it with baking paper or use a silicone baking mold to bake the biscuits.

3- In a clean dry bowl, put the almond flour, walnut flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ginger and whisk until all dry ingredients mix well.

4- In a clean dry bowl, whisk the egg, yam, and syrup together until completely mixed.

5- Add the flour combination to the egg mixture and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes to make a solid dough-like batter.

6- Oil your hands and make dough balls, utilizing about ¼ cup (1½ oz/42 g) of mixture for each.

7- put the balls on the cooking mold and leave about 3 between each ball.

8- rub some oil on the palm of your hand and press down on each ball with the oiled hand twice, forming a circle shape of biscuits.

9 – put it in the oven to cook for 15 minutes, until it becomes golden brown colored and firm to the touch.

10- Quickly move the rolls to a wire rack to cool for 3 minutes.
