Hazelnut cake recipe:
2 cups (8 oz/227 g) hazelnut flour
1 cup (4 oz/113 g) almond flour
1½ cups Stevia
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon xanthan gum
¾ cup (5.75 oz/163 g) almond flour
½ cup (1.25 oz/35 g) unsweetened coconut chips, toasted
4 eggs (7 oz/198 g)
1 cup (8 oz/227 g) unsweetened soy milk or any other non dairy milk
¼ cup (2 oz/57 g) non salted butter
1½ teaspoons vanilla
1¼ teaspoons stevia liquid
Cream Cheese Frosting
1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).
2- heat the butter on low heat to disslove it.
3- Gind the hazelnut and almond until they become powder.
4- In a clean dry bowl, put all dry ingredients together and mix them well woth a spactula.
5- In another clean bowl put the eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and f stevia together then mix all these ingredients well.
6- all the dry mixture on the liquid mixture then mix them with a spoon for 1 to 2 minutes to make a thick cake mixture.
7- dust the cake mold with hazelnut flour then pour the cake mixture in it or use a silicon cake mold and pour the cake mixture in it.
8- cook the cake for 30 minutes until it becomes ready, test the cake with a clean fork.
9- let it cool.
10- decorate the cake with the topping.
