Keto biscuits recipe
Keto biscuits ingredients:
1 cup (113 g) walnut flour
1 cup (113 g) almond flour
¼ cup (28 g) coconut flour
1 cup Stevia
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 egg whites (142 g)
1 tablespoon vanilla
⅓ cup (78 g) melted butter
1½ cups (213 g) almonds four
Chocolate Glaze sugar free 1 cup (170 g)
semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons (28 g) salted butter, or soy milk.
1- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
2- Line the baking pan with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
3- In a medium bowl, mix the walnut flour, almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, and baking powder.
4- In a huge bowl, whisk the egg whites and vanilla together until mixed, add the melted butter and blend for a couple of seconds for mixing.
5- Add the flour blend and mix with a huge spoon for 1 to 2 minutes to make a thick dough.
6- Mix in the grinded almonds until uniformly disseminated.
7- Use a spatula to move the mixture to the shaping board.
8- shape biscuits and put it on the baking mat but do not forget to leave space between each piece
9- Bake for 15 minute.
10- let cool on a wire rack
11- make the chocolate coat by mixing the butter and chocolate on water bath.
12- cover the biscuits with a chocolate coat.
