It is an innovative technique of micro-injection ready-made FDA approved mixed medications. This mixture may differ according to health condition and area should be treated, it was pioneered in 1952 by D. Michel Pistor.
It is a non-invasive, non-surgical technique in which medicine injected into the mesoderm layer of the skin. Meso means middle and therapy means treatment, it is also named as intra_dermotherapy technique.

Is mesotherapy safe?
It is a safe, simple, non-invasive technique with no or minimal pain that can be tolerated.
Mesotherapy side effects:
It is local pain in the treated area, you can tolerate it by cooling device or analgesic.
2- Burning sensation:
After the lipolysis session, you may face some discomfort or burning sensation in the area of injection. It may last from few minutes to few hours then it will disappear.
Sometimes it occurs around the treated area then it disappears in a few days.
4- Redness and swelling:
Some people may experience swelling in the area of injection after phosphatidylcholine injection and this will disappear after 3 or 4 days.
5- Temporary skin discoloration:
It may occur in some cases but it resolves by itself after a few days.
This may occur it the needle puncture a small blood vessel, you should apply ice on the affected area and avoid caffeine and alcohol till complete recovery.
7- Scarring :
It is a very rare condition, it occurs to patients that may have an allergy to any component of medicine mixture.
It is rare but it may occur because the doctor did not sanitize the area of injection well.
