keto pumpkin bread loaf recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Almond Flour

3 Egg Whites

1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

1/2 cup Coconut Milk

1/4 cup Psyllium Husk Powder

1/4 cup Stevia Sweetener

2 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions:

1- Preheat oven to 350F

2- In a medium bowl mix all dry components well.

3- add 1 cup of water and mix well.

4- add pumpkin puree and coconut milk and blend well.

5- Whisk up egg whites until hardened. Gradually overlap egg whites into butter.

6- put the mix in a loaf mold and place it into the oven and cook for 75 minutes.

7- Let cool, then cut and serve it.

8- Now you can enjoy your pumpkin bread.
