0.5 cup walnut flour
1.5 cups Stevia
2 teaspoons baking powder

0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
425 g pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons vanilla
0.5 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
1- Preheat the oven.
2- In a clean bowl put the hazelnut flour, walnut flour, stevia, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and xanthan gum. Mix all those dry ingredients well.
3- In another bowl whisk eggs well.
4- In the eggs, bowl add the pumpkin puree and vanilla. Mix all those ingredients well.
5- Add the dry ingredients mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
6- Pour the pumpkin cake mixture into the cooking mold.
7- Spread pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds on the cake surface.
8- cook the cake for 30 minutes.
9- Allow the cake to cool down then cut it.
