The juice components are: water, matcha green tea, lemon juice, green apple, parsley, celery, and kale. You can eat only one meal per day that contains many ingredients of recommended food.

Week 2 :

This week you should increase your calorie consumption to 1500 calories per day and drink two glasses of the green juice. You can now increase your meals to 2 meals per day.

You should continue eating like week two plan until you reach your goal and obtain your healthy weight, this diet should be a healthy lifestyle for you because it provides your body with its needs from minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, and protein.

Anyone can follow this diet especially diabetic and polycystic ovaries, patients.
