Toast recipe:

Ingredients:

2 cups (8 oz/227 g) earthy colored or brilliant flaxseed feast

2 cups (8 oz/227 g) walnut flour

¼ cup (1.15 oz/32 g) sesame seeds

¼ cup (1.4 oz/40 g) flaxseeds

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon xanthan gum

½ teaspoon salt

1½ cups (12 oz/340 g) unsweetened soy milk or other non dairy milk

8 egg whites (10 oz/283 g)

¼ to ½ teaspoon stevia.

Instructions:

1- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).

2-Line the baking mold with parchment paper or use a silicon mold.

3- In a medium bowl, mix the flaxseeds, walnut flour, sesame seeds, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.

4- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg whites, and fluid stevia together until completely mixed.

5- Add the flour combination and mix for around 2 minutes.

6- pour the mixture into the baking mold.

7- Bake the toast for 45 minutes.

8- Let it cool down for 5 minutes.

9- Cut the toast loaf .

10- You can now enjoy the flour free toast, enjoy.
